Patchworks come from ethnic weavings around the globe, from Southern Guatemala’s community of San Antonio Aguas Calientes, close to Antigua, populated by the maya people. San Antonio is nestled in a valley, away from the main roads, and is a safe, very picturesque town.

The Mayan textile weavings of Guatemala are detailed with exquisite patterns and symbols which hold representative meanings for indigenous population. This texture from South American hand made colorful fabric is embroidered with traditional patterns of flowers & design.
